Life was a challenge for Chai-Cha-Ba (PIMPRAPA TANGPRABHAPORN) who believed that her father had died whilst still very young and she had the responsibility of supporting her sick mother. Her mother Chome ( MANTANA HIMATHONGKHAM) was a singer in a bar at the pier and her stepfather, Tho (SARIN BANGYEEKHAN), who often made sexual advances towards Chai-Cha-Ba and created issues in her life. Chai-Cha-Ba was lucky that she had such a good friend in Tiew (RAPEEPAT EAKPANKUL), the new captain at the pier who was always coming to her rescue. To begin with, they weren’t so compatible as friends but that changed over time. Tiew, along with his mother sympathised with Chai-Cha-Ba’s predicament and supported her whenever they could. Chai-Cha-Ba could also turn to her friend, who she considered to be just like a brother, Yuth (PIYAPHAN KAMKRIT), a police officer who had a very promising future who has always been in love with Chai-Cha-Ba and ensures that she is always well taken care of. Chai-Cha-Ba’s life got more complicated when the woman that Tiew’s parents felt was his ‘perfect match’ Da-Vi-Ka arrived. She was very unhappy with the very familiar relationship that Tiew and Chai-Cha-Ba shared and sought to cause trouble for Chai-Cha-Ba at every given opportunity. The more Da-Ri-Ka tried to hurt Chai-Cha-Ba, the closer Tiew and Chai-Cha-Ba became. Tragically, Yuth was killed by Tho and Chome died from her illness. Tiew spent even more of his time with Chai-Cha-Ba trying to console her sorrow. Tiew had been doing some investigating into Chai-Cha-Ba’s background and found out that her father was still alive and is a wealthy man found a way to reunite them. Tho and Da-Ri-ka hatched an evil plan to kidnap Chai-Cha-Ba for ransom but they failed and got what was coming to them! As for Chai-Cha-Ba, she spent the rest of her life with her father and Tiew, the two men that she grew to love with all her being.
