Kor-Chan (USAMANEE WAITAYANON) had been called an ugly duckling by Na-Tee (ATHIT TANGWIBOONPANIT), Si-La’s (TAWIN YAVAPOLKUL) younger brother. However when she returned as a beautiful young woman, Na-Tee fell in love and wanted to marry her. Si-La had other matrimonial plans for Na-Tee. He was supposed to marry strategically, to the woman Si-La had chosen in order to support the company financially. Si-La endeavored to overcome this predicament by forcing Kor-Chan to sign a marriage agreement with him in exchange for money for her stepfather, who had raised her, as he was very sick and his medical bills needed paying. Si-La then attempted to create situations so that Kor-Chan would fall in love with him instead. The closer together they became, the more true love blossomed between them. Meanwhile, Si-La was faced with a huge problem with Na-Tee. Na-Tee’s disappointment over losing his lover overcame him and he lost his mind, deciding to co-operate with Si-La’s biggest enemy to destroy him, almost resulting in their company to fall into someone else’s hands. Luckily for Si-La, Kor-Chan, who is actually the daughter of one of the most important shareholders of their company, gave him a helping hand. Not only was the company saved from it’s critical situation, the siblings now understand each other better. Si-La and Kor-Chan eventually realized their true feelings and finally returned to clear up their misunderstandings.
