Pa-Tha-Wee’s (TEERAPAT SATJAKUL) and Chid-Cha-Ba’s (USAMANEE WAITAYANON) fathers had built a sucessful business together. Unfortunately, Pa-Tha-Wee had committed suicide after Chid-Cha-Ba’s father had cheated him and resulted in his family wallowing in poverty as he grew up. Pa-Tha-Wee returned as multi-millionaire businessman to take revenge on Chid-Cha-Ba’s father. Pa-Tha-Wee forced Chid-Cha-Ba’s father’s company to go into bankruptcy which, as intended, caused him to take his own life. Pa-Tha-Wee sought for Chid-Cha-Ba to understand the depths of his pain by forcing her to become his mistress for a year in exchange for her father’s mansion, the last piece of her family fortune and the sanctuary of her familiar memories. Unrealised by them both, they started to uncover each other’s gentler and kinder sides the more time they spent together. Soam-Su-Phang (NATTHAPAT WIPHATKARATRAKUL), Pa-Tha-Wee’s fiancee, was developing her own suspicious about the developing relationship between Pa-Tha-Wee and Chid-Cha-Ba.The situation turns for the worst when Pa-Tha-Wee’s busines adversary tried to eliminate him which unfortunately eventuated in Soam-Su-Phang being killed. Chid-Cha-Ba was struck by a car whilst pregnant, losing her unborn child. This too was the work of Pa-Tha-Wee’s rival. Following the arrest and prosecution of the villians, the losses was just too great. Pa-Tha-Wee realises that he cannot lose Chid-Cha-Ba too and vows to do everything possible to earn Chid-Cha-Ba’s forgiveness and procure her love, starting a new chapter in their lives together.
