Every night, Khemhom (played by Charinporn Ngernchareon) dreams of waking up in an ancient city engulfed in war. In these vivid yet mysterious dreams, she encounters people she has never met before—Mueang (Rapeepat Ekaphankul), Saen (Kanyakrit Akkarawong), Khamkaew (Panichada Saengsuwan), and Ueangfah (Sirin Korkiat). One day, while visiting the home of Lersan (Amarin Simaroj), Khemhom witnesses a group of thieves stealing ancient artifacts. She intervenes and is injured, but is rescued by Dantham (Arthit Tangwiboonpanit), Lersan’s son. Khemhom feels an inexplicable connection to Dantham, sensing a deep pain in him—one that mirrors her feelings toward her sister, Inthanin (Yanisa Teeratorn).

Boris (Takphet Lekawijit), a charming director and producer, casts Inthanin as the lead in a historical drama set in the Lanna Kingdom. Inthanin forces Khemhom to accompany her. Katai (Sita Chutipawornkan), Inthanin’s manager, hopes Inthanin and Boris will become a couple to secure her place in the entertainment industry. As filming begins at ancient sites in the North, Khemhom starts sensing the presence of lingering spirits.

Mekhin (Pasin Ruangwut), Inthanin’s ex-lover and an illegal antiquities dealer, discovers the location of a hidden fortress containing priceless national treasures. As the group marvels at the treasure, Mueang’s spirit appears and kills Mekhin’s men. Mekhin escapes, and Captain Jompol (Nonthaphan Jaikanta) and Sergeant Jued (Tao Chernyim) join the investigation, but find no clues. Dantham, seeking answers about his father’s mysterious journey, grows closer to Khemhom. His initial resentment toward her slowly turns into care. Meanwhile, Inthanin tries to keep them apart, unaware of the deep-rooted hatred she harbors toward Dantham.

In a past life, during the year 2058 BE (1515 CE), the Ayutthaya army attacked Khelang Nakhon. Knowing defeat was inevitable, Saen, the city’s general, performed a dark ritual, sacrificing people to become guardian spirits of the fortress. Mueang was one of the victims. Before dying, he cursed Saen, vowing vengeance across lifetimes. Meanwhile, Ueangfah, daughter of General Thao Saeng Kham (Pongsanart Winsiri), was consumed by jealousy toward Khamkaew, a commoner loved by many. In a fit of rage, Ueangfah attacked Khamkaew, who accidentally killed her in self-defense. Khamkaew, dying shortly after childbirth, held her baby close as she passed.

Back in the present, Dantham, Khemhom, Inthanin, Boris, Jompol, and Jued work together to help Mueang’s tormented spirit find peace. But his hatred remains unrelenting.
