Mia (APHA PHAWILAI), an intellegent and talented tribal chief’s daugter, had to run for her life because she was being hunted by her own uncle. She found herself in Bangkok, in the home of Chang-Ton (KATE TANTUB), a very passionate forest ranger who is troubled by his past. His father was murdered in the jungle. Chang-Ton had brought Mia to Bangkok in return for saving his life in the jungle. Chang-Ton’s mother and girlfriend were not happy about this arrangment and often bullied Mia and her friends but they always retaliated. Due to a misunderstanding, Chang-Ton was under the impression that Mia was a boy as he thought her name was Mai. He soon finds out that she is a tribal chief’s daughter. Mia explains to him what she has to do to win back her tribe. She will have to find Sri-Nga, an albino elephant and Chang Petch, her tribal seal. Chang-Ton agrees to help Mia and at the same time look for his father’s murderers. Chang-Ton and Mia develop a closeness on their dangerous adventure together creating a bond that would later turn into love. All ended well with the villians paying for their sins. Chang-Ton and Mia finally confessed their true feelings to each other and promised to protect the forest together forever.
