Terms and Conditions for Payment of Website and Application Services
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) set forth the terms governing the relationship between BBTV New Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the User (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) concerning access to premium content, including but not limited to dramas, series, news, sports, variety shows, live sports broadcasts, and other related services available through the BUGABOO.TV website and application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). The Company shall act as the service provider under this Agreement.
1. Payment Terms
- 1.1. Pay Per View (PPV) Payment Method. The User may select a preferred payment method; however, registration as a member is required prior to making any payment. When opting for the Pay Per View (PPV) premium service, payments for content access may be made through the available payment methods, including but not limited to Credit Card, Debit Card, QR Code, or TrueMoney Wallet. Upon successful payment, the User shall be granted access to the service for the period specified in the applicable payment plan. The User may review the purchase history by navigating to the “User Account” section under “Order History”. Certain payment methods may be subject to additional charges imposed by the payment service provider, such as foreign currency transaction fees, processing fees, or applicable local taxes. The User is advised to verify such charges with the respective payment service provider before proceeding with the transaction.
- 1.2. Cancellation Policy. The User may cancel their BUGABOO.TV membership at any time. Upon cancellation, the User shall retain access to the service until the expiration date specified at the time of payment. However, all payments made are non-refundable, and the Company does not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods or for content that has not been accessed or viewed by the User.
- 1.3. Changes to Pricing and Service Plans. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing and service plans at its sole discretion. In the event of any pricing or service plan adjustments, the Company shall provide prior notice of at least fifteen (15) days before such changes take effect.

4. Terms and Conditions of Service
- 4.1. Streaming Availability. The streaming service permits on-demand replays for a period of up to seven (7) days following the initial broadcast. Streaming access is strictly limited to users within the Kingdom of Thailand and is not available outside the country.
- 4.2. Broadcast Schedule. The broadcast schedule is subject to modification at the sole discretion of the event organizer, and the Company shall not be liable for any changes to scheduled programming.
- 4.3. Expiry of On-Demand Viewing. Upon the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the initial broadcast, the video content shall no longer be available for viewing.
- 4.4. Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited, except in circumstances where the Pay Per View (PPV) stream is postponed or suspended after the User has completed the purchase.
- 4.5. Streaming Transmission and Quality. The transmission of content shall be conducted via streaming using the best available equipment, network, and infrastructure. However, the Company does not warrant uninterrupted service, as interruptions, technical issues, or force majeure events may occur, which may result in video distortion, quality degradation, or temporary service unavailability. In such instances, refunds shall not be issued.

- **PPV refers to a one-time payment granting access to live streaming on the specified date, along with an on-demand replay option for up to seven (7) days following the initial broadcast.
5. Intellectual Property
- 5.1. This streaming service constitutes a paid broadcast, and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, exclusively belong to the event organizer. The recording, capturing, reproducing, or storing of video, images, or audio using any tools, devices, or software is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of the content on video-sharing websites, social media platforms, or any other online or offline channels may result in legal liability, including but not limited to civil and criminal penalties.
- 5.2. The use, distribution, or retransmission of the streaming video for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, broadcasting the content in restaurants, halls, public venues, or any other locations where viewers are required to pay a fee for access. Any violation of this provision may result in legal action and claims for damages.
