The terms and conditions outlined in this document (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") establish an agreement between BBTV New Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User") for the provision of services that include access to dramas, series, news, sports, variety shows, live sports broadcasts, and other related programs, whether live-streamed, available for replay, or offered through additional services. These services are accessible through the website and application known as BUGABOO.TV (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), which is operated by the Company.

Additionally, if a user utilizes the service on behalf of or for the purposes of a business entity, such entity shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. - The user shall not upload, post, send emails, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the computer system by transmitting viruses or any form of computer programs designed to obstruct, damage, or limit the functionality of computer systems, hardware, or communication software of the Company’s members, internet service users, or third parties.
- The user shall not use any computer software to interfere with, disrupt, or obstruct the Company's services, including distributing computer viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, or using the platform to hack or attack other systems.
- The user acknowledges and agrees that the Company reserves the right to modify or suspend any part of the service at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to the user.
Intellectual Property
The user agrees and acknowledges that the Company exclusively owns the copyright and intellectual property rights in all data, text, images, trademarks, audio recordings, video files, business information, and/or any part of the service. This includes but is not limited to rights associated with the website and application, any content displayed on the website and/or application, or any other work eligible for legal protection. The Company retains sole ownership of all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights arising from the service. The Company strictly prohibits any unauthorized reproduction, modification, alteration, adaptation, leasing, commercialization, distribution, advertising, broadcasting, or public dissemination of any content in any form, system, or medium without prior written consent from the Company.

Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Service
- Membership The service membership operates on a continuous month-to-month basis unless canceled. If you subscribe and make payments using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, and do not cancel your membership before the next billing cycle, the service will automatically charge the subscription fee using your selected payment method (see "Cancellation" below). To access the service, users must have an active internet connection on a compatible device and successfully complete the payment process. Users can check their membership details and status by visiting the service's website and clicking the "User Account" link, which is located under the registered account name.

- Users must provide accurate and truthful information to the company and keep their information up to date at all times.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account without prior notice if it determines that the user is violating or has violated the terms and conditions.
- Registered users may request to cancel their service subscription at any time.
- The right to use the service will be terminated once the company receives a request to delete the user account for any reason. Deleted accounts can be restored within 30 days. After this period, any accumulated points and remaining special privileges in the account will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated, without the need for prior notification. User account information will be retained for an additional 3 months, after which all data will be permanently deleted from the system.

- Payment Terms
- Billing Cycle Membership fees and any additional charges, such as taxes and transaction fees, will be billed on a monthly basis according to the selected payment method. In some cases, the billing date may change due to unsuccessful payment processing in the previous cycle or if the membership started on a date that does not exist in a particular month. Users can check their billing cycle by visiting the service website and navigating to the "User Account" section under "Billing Information."
- Rental Viewing Service Payment
The Rental Viewing Service refers to a transactional video-on-demand service that allows users to rent specific content on a per-title basis. Users are required to make a one-time payment to access the selected content for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the 30-day period, access to the rented content will automatically terminate. The rental fee starts at THB 49 per title (ad-free viewing). Available payment methods are subject to the payment systems provided by the platform, including but not limited to Credit/Debit Card, QR Code, or TrueMoney Wallet. Purchases under the Rental Viewing Service are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Viewing rights are personal and non-transferable. Users are not permitted to transfer, share, or assign access rights to any other individual.
Note: The list of drama titles available for rental may be changed without prior notice. However, any such changes shall not affect users who have already completed a rental transaction. Users will continue to have full access to the rented content for the full 30-day period from the date of purchase.
- Payment Methods Users may change their payment method by first canceling their current membership. This can be done by accessing the "User Account" section and selecting "Membership & Billing Information." Once the current membership expires, users can re-subscribe and choose their preferred payment method. If a payment fails for any reason, such as an expired card or insufficient funds, and the user does not update the payment method, access to the service will be suspended until the outstanding payment is settled. When users update their payment information, they authorize the service provider to charge the new method for outstanding and future payments. Changes to the payment method may also affect the billing cycle. Certain payment methods may incur additional fees imposed by the payment service provider, such as currency conversion fees or local taxes. Users should check with their payment provider for details on any applicable charges.
- CancellationUsers can cancel their membership at any time. However, they will continue to have access to the service until the end of their current billing cycle. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for unused periods or content not accessed during the membership term. To cancel a membership, users must visit the "User Account" section under the "My Packages" tab and follow the cancellation process. Once the membership is canceled, the account will no longer have access to content after the next billing date. If users subscribed through a third-party payment provider and wish to cancel, they may need to do so directly through the third- party service. Payment details may still be visible in the user’s third-party account. 3.4. Price and Subscription Plan Changes. The company may change the pricing and subscription plans periodically. - Users must be at least 18 years old to use the services. Minors may only use the services under the supervision of an adult.
- The services and content are intended solely for personal viewing and may not be used for commercial purposes. Users agree not to use the services for public display.
- Users agree to use the services, including all related features and functions, as well as the content available within the services, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and restrictions. Users agree not to store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works, offer for sale, or otherwise use the content and information contained in or obtained through the services. Users further agree not to distribute, delete, alter, disable, degrade, or interfere with any content protection mechanisms within the services. The use of robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access the services, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software, products, or processes associated with the services, as well as injecting code, manipulating content, or extracting data in any manner, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, users agree not to upload, post, send emails, or engage in any actions involving the transmission of materials designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functioning of computer software, hardware, or communication networks related to the services, including software viruses, codes, files, or programs. The company reserves the right to terminate or restrict user access to the services if any user violates these terms and conditions or engages in activities associated with illegal actions or fraudulent conduct.
- In general, you can access most of the content on BUGABOO.TV within the country where your account is registered and in the geographic locations where we offer services and have granted usage rights for such content. The available content may vary depending on your geographic location and is subject to change from time to time. Additionally, the number of devices that you can use to watch content simultaneously will depend on the subscription package you have chosen.
- The quality of content streaming from the services may vary depending on each device and may be influenced by various factors such as your location, bandwidth capacity, and/or the speed of your internet connection.
- You acknowledge that the use of the services may involve third-party software, which you are required to comply with under the terms set by such third parties. You also accept that the software associated with the services may be automatically updated to newer versions as provided by the respective third parties.
- Viewing Restrictions and Content Availability by Territory You acknowledge and agree that access to certain services and content may be restricted based on your geographic location and the distribution rights agreements of content owners. The Company reserves the right to suspend or block access to specific content, temporarily or permanently, in accordance with such agreements and territorial licensing restrictions, without prior notice.
- Password and Account Access Members who create an account for the service and have successfully completed payment (“Account Owner”) have the right to access and control the account on the devices where the service is installed. To maintain control over your account and to prevent unauthorized access (including access to the viewing history of that account), the Account Owner should ensure the security of the devices used to access the service and must not disclose their password or payment method details associated with the account to others. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information provided in your account. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account to ensure your security, as well as to protect the service and our partners from identity theft or fraudulent activities.

- Point Accumulation and Redemption
- Users will receive points from purchasing products or participating in activities as specified within the designated period.
- The points will be credited to the user's account upon completion of the transaction or activity.
- Accumulated points can be redeemed for benefits within the timeframe specified.
- Points have a tier-based expiration system. For example, points accumulated in Quarter 1 (January–March 2025) will expire on March 31, 2027. Points have a validity period of two years and cannot be transferred or resold.
- The user agrees and acknowledges that the company and/or its business partners reserve the right to modify, amend, or terminate services or special benefits at their discretion without prior notice to the user.
- Advertisement Display for Premium UsersPremium users will experience ad-free content viewing. However, certain types of advertisements may still be displayed as they are necessary, including partner advertisements or advertisements integrated into the content (such as sponsored ads embedded within the content or promotions related to our services). Premium members may still see these advertisements. The display of such ads is an integral part of the service and cannot be disabled, even for premium members. This ensures that users do not miss essential information.
- Miscellaneous
- Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
- Customer Service. The caller shall be responsible for any charges incurred from the call.
- Validity of Terms and Conditions. If any provision or part of the "Terms and Conditions of Use" is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid, lawful, and fully enforceable.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use. The Terms and Conditions of Use may be modified periodically. You will be notified of any changes at least 15 days before they take effect. We may transfer or assign this agreement, including any rights and obligations associated with it, at any time. You agree to remain bound by the terms and conditions following such transfer or assignment.
- Electronic Communications. We will send account-related information (such as payment method approvals, billing statements, password changes, payment method updates, confirmation messages, notifications, etc.) exclusively via electronic means, such as to the email address you provided when registering for the service.
- Content Adjustments. We reserve the right to modify or update the content available on the service as deemed appropriate.
Governing Law
The user agrees and acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Furthermore, any disputes arising from the use of this website and application shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Limitation of Liability of the Company and Its Affiliates
The user acknowledges and agrees that this website and application serve as a means to facilitate and expand access to all of the Company’s services. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the user’s reputation, image, property, or any other damages, whether direct or indirect, including any loss incurred by third parties, force majeure, or any causes beyond the Company’s control.
Waiver of Class Action Proceedings
The user and BUGABOO.TV agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Furthermore, courts shall not consolidate the claims of multiple individuals into a single case and shall not adjudicate any representative or class action lawsuits in any form unless both the user and BUGABOO.TV agree otherwise, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
